Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using shoeenvy.com.au. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of this site.
Shipping within Australia
Shoe Envy offers $10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide and $20 flat rate to NZ for parcels under 1.5kg. NZ customers will be responsible for any customs duties applicable.
We generally use couriers (except in remote locations) so please ensure:
- You book shipment to a physical address, NOT A PO BOX or Parcel Locker.
Do not book shipment to a gated complex or high rise building that does not have a 24-hour concierge service as the courier may require access outside of normal business hours and will need a safe place to leave your package if you are not home to receive it. External mailboxes at shared apartment complexes are at risk of being robbed and are not considered safe for couriers to leave parcels unattended due to the high traffic from other residents and passers-by.
- Ensure someone will be present to accept delivery (e.g. the receptionist at your workplace can be a great option if you’re not home during the day)
- OR ensure it is safe for the courier to leave the parcel unattended.
- We reserve the right to charge a shipping surcharge to certain locations if the cost of shipping is significant.
We will mark all packages “AUTHORITY TO LEAVE” if the address is unattended so please ensure you comply with the conditions above; or that there is a safe place for couriers to leave your parcel. Shoe Envy takes no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of customers ordering shoes to an unattended address. It is your responsibility to ensure you arrange a safe delivery option.
We want you to get your hands on your new shoes as fast as possible. Our service providers advise a shipping time of 1-10 days depending on your location. Unfortunately WA and NT will have to wait a little longer than southern and eastern states but we’ll get it there as fast as we can (you guys really are a long way away from our warehouse!)
When you order your shoes, we will email you a tracking number so you can keep tabs on where your delivery is up to.
Shipping internationally (outside of Australia)
We have limited ability to ship to international locations. If you are from a country other than Australia or New Zealand, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your location, the shoes you wish to order and the quantities of each shoe so we can give you a quote on shipping costs and confirm whether it’s possible to ship to your address. International customers will be responsible for any customs duties applied in your local country.
We want you to love your Shoe Envy shoes, so if you’re not happy with them for any reason – send them back to us in unworn condition in original packaging and we’ll exchange them or give you a credit note. Send us the details at email@example.com 30 days of placing your order and we’ll sort it out for you.
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- Shoes must be in original, unworn condition.
- Shoes must be returned in original packaging.
- Accessories and shoes purchased on clearance are not eligible for exchange or return so please choose carefully.
Important note: Shoe Envy reserves the right NOT TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO WIDTH. Our shoes are a standard Australian B fit and are NOT SUITABLE FOR WIDE FITS. If you have had trouble fitting shoes in other stores due to width, you are unlikely to fit Shoe Envy shoes.
Shoe Envy reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if there are signs the shoes have been worn. Refunds/exchanges may also be refused if the shoes have been damaged prior to arriving at our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after your original shoe order is received in our warehouse. The refund will be for the original purchase price only and does not include shipping costs.
Your refund will be processed through to your credit card or Paypal account within three to ten days depending on who you bank with and what their policies are.
Items ordered on clearance are not eligible for exchange or return so please choose carefully.

In the event that the website mistakenly facilitates an incorrect transaction amount (for example, an overcharge or undercharge) Shoe Envy reserves the right to cancel that transaction. You will then be offered the choice to:
- Have a full refund.
- Make a new payment in the correct amount in line with the correct prices and offers and proceed with your purchase.

Shoe Envy reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
