It's all about the knickers
I promised a journey of transformation and by golly I will deliver!
The point of this exercise is finding all the little things that take you to your happy place. And there's going to be ten of them, starting with this one, so brace yourself - and get thee to thine undies drawer!
Step 1: it's all about the knickers
Ok don't laugh, but step one starts somewhere unexpectedly. I wanted to sort out my style and it's such a big mission I was getting a bit overwhelmed. so I decided to start at the bottom.
If you're like me, you have at least one pair of manky grundies and every time you pull them out of the drawer you take one look and say, "NUP!" And then you stuff them back in there.
Or maybe you have five or six or ten pairs like that...
I had an epiphany yesterday. What if EVERY pair of undies I pulled out was comfortable, pretty, the right fit and I never had to stuff one back in there? How good would that be?
So I did an undies audit
I threw out every pair of undies that was festy, holey, the wrong size, faded, ugly or that I'd generally be embarrassed to be found wearing by a paramedic at a car crash. Now ALL my undies are excellent.
It felt so amazing, I got stuck into my socks! No more holey socks. No more socks with stretchy elastic that fall down inside your boots. And I replaced all my fluffy bed socks with new ones that aren't grubby and sagging and sliding off every time you roll over in bed.
My challenge to you this week is sort out your smalls! It's such a great feeling to have that -drawer under control. Also, side note - I had no idea I was such a hoarder! You might shock yourself!
